Meet The Inspector
Hello! My name is Mark Bailey and I Have lived in Washington State my entire life. I am based out of Bellingham WA, and you may see me around doing all the things that make the Pacific Northwest great. My mission is to help my clients with the biggest purchase of their life, by helping them understand the condition and functionality of all the systems on the property they are buying. This includes the exterior grade, structure, siding, roof, drainage systems, plumbing, electrical, attic, crawlspace, foundation, vents, kitchen appliances, garages, etc.. My favorite parts of a home inspection, are most inspectors least favorite. I love inspecting roofs, attics and crawlspaces. I do the most, where others would try to do the bare minimum. I have worked on Houses ever since I moved out of my hometown, and have fallen in love with everything having to do with them. I am always helping homeowners understand critical home owner duties, and tips on what to look out for, and what they could be doing to better their home life.
